Equipment:
The
sunny two-room apartment with a balcony has a small bedroom with a
double bed as well as a large living room (25m²) with a sofa bed
with a slatted frame for two persons which can easily be converted
into a sofa during the day. In the living room there is also a
dining table seating four and it has a small stereo equipment, a TV
set and a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils complete the equipment, so that a quick breakfast as well as a sumptuous meal can be prepared.
The bathroom has a window and a bathtub with shower. In the apartment there are a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron and a hair-dryer. In the entrance hall there is a large wardrobe for clothes, etc.
Additionally you have the possibility to enter the internet with your laptop by W-LAN or network cable. The use of the internet is free of charge.
Sufficient towels and bedlinen are provided and are included in the price as is the final cleaning.
Description:
The apartment is situated in the heart of Schöneberg, the scene part
of the city, directly at the exit of the underground station
Nollendorfplatz, with the lines U1, U2, U3 and U4, direct
connections to Potsdamer Platz, Wittenbergplatz, Kurfürstendamm and
Alexanderplatz. Additionally there are several bus lines and a taxi
stop.
The apartment is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés,
boutiques and antiques shops; the legendary Winterfeld market can be
reached on foot in not even five minutes. Equally on foot in not
even five minutes Tiergarten can be reached, which is Berlin’s
largest and most beautiful inner-city park inviting you to take
walks and to relax from the hectic pace of the city.
A supermarket open from 8 o’clock to midnight on weekdays can be
reached on foot in two or three minutes.
The apartment is centrally situated in the immediate vininity the
theKu’Damm, Berlin’s first address for shopping with its numerous
shops and the famous KaDeWe. You are ideally placed between
City-West and City-East in the heart of the Schöneberg Kiez.
