Equipment:
The sunny one-room apartment with a balcony facing south and a view
on an inner courtyard is centrally situated and yet very quiet so
that you are not disturbed by the hectic pace and noise of the big
city.
In the bed-sitting room there is a comfortable 160-cm-wide double
bed and a sofa which can easily be converted into a 140-cm-wide
double bed if the apartment is occupied by three or four persons.
There is also a dining table seating four, a television set, a DVD
player and a small stereo equipment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven, fridge,
washing-machine, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Crockery,
cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils complete the equipment so that
a quick breakfast as well as a sumptuous meal can be prepared.
The tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. The apartment has a
washing machine, an ironing board, an iron and a hair-dryer.
Additionally you have the possibility to enter the internet with
your laptop by W-LAN or network cable. The use is free of charge.
Towels and bed-linen are sufficiently provided and are included in
the price as is the final cleaning.
Description:
The apartment is situated in Schöneberg, a central part of Berlin,
in the trendy Nollendorfstrasse which is very near Nollendorfplatz.
The distance to the underground station Nollendorfplatz is about 100
metres and from there you can take the lines U1, U2, U3 and U4 which
connect you directly with PotsdamerPlatz, Wittenbergplatz,
Kurfürstendamm or Alexanderplatz. Additionally there are various bus
lines and a taxi stop.
The apartment is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés,
boutiques and antiques shops; the legendary Winterfeldmarket can be
reached on foot in not even five minutes. Equally on foot in not
even five minutes Tiergarten can be reached, it is Berlin’s largest
and most beautiful inner-city park inviting you to take walks and to
relax from the hectic pace of the city.
A supermarket open from 7 o’clock to midnight on weekdays can be
reached on foot in two or three minutes.
The apartment is centrally situated in the immediate vicinity of the
Ku’Damm, Berlin’s first address for shopping, with numerous shops
and the famous KaDeWe. You are ideally placed between City-West and
City-East in the heart of the Schöneberg Kiez.
